Message	i recommend using 5 spd ecus with 5 speed set ups after swaps. The MT ecu does using a signal from the MT neutral switch to control idle and timing and VTC as well. Get a MT ecu and make sure the wiring part of the 5 speed swap was complete to the MT trans harness for proper driveability
